Songbird Lodge is dear to my heart. The staff is so friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. I love how the patient are so well tended too and have the biggest smiles on their faces. Songbird makes everyone feel like family and makes everyone feel at home. I could go on and on about all their staff. They are truly a wonderful facility to visit.
Everyone has been very nice and caring. My wife and I are very happy with the care given to my father-in-law. Room is kept clean and they check on him regularly. Kori Howard has done an outstanding job keeping us updated on how he’s doing.
It was a very hard decision to place our father in a memory care facility. Kori and Chelsey helped us every step of the way! They made us feel confident we made the right choice with Songbird. Staff is companionate, easily reachable and very friendly. Our father is happy and being well cared for! Kori and Chelsey are absolutely the best!
