Not at all helpful or informative. Family member is in this facility. I live out of state. They refuse me information though I have had medical paperwork done giving me rights to the medical information. If you care about your family and are not close enough to visit, Don't put your loved ones in this facility. When loved one was sent to ER. They left me on hold for over 28 minutes when I was trying to find out where my family member was. NO ONE EVER CHECKED THE LINE. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Now I will make travel plans to do legal paperwork to make sure I'm informed. Social services and staff do not follow laws. I Have to spend money (I don't have) to hire a lawyer to get things done properly. Totally ridiculous!
The people are wonderful along with the atmosphere. They make it feel like a family environment. The food is also great compared to most places.
This facility offers long term care and short term, skilled therapy. We have a phenomenal therapy department. Our DON is very informative and communicative with families and care is TOP TIER! The food at this facility is INCREDIABLE. We offer Medicaid pending options and the lowest private pay in town! Overall VERY good facility.
