FORTRESS NURSING AND REHABILITATION

My mom has been a resident here for about a year now. It has been such a relief to know she is being taken care of, unlike the previous 2 homes she has been in. I have to give a shout out to Tee Tee, Zina, and Marcella. They have been wonderful from day one. The food is also good which is a rarity in these type of places. Don't let the shiny newer homes fool you. Fortress is an older building but let me tell you it is by far better than these brand new "nicer" places. Would 100% recommend Fortress if you are searching to find a place for your loved one.

Deja Green is a nurse here and she's very helpful and professional. She helps in a timely manner, I encountered her today assisting a family member and resident with their needs and didn't walk away until they were fulfilled. Amazing at what she does! Great asset to the team!

Amazing staff starting with Leadership - Sonja and Zina. Great care for my mom from Deja, Ms. Key, Shannon, Maury, Treva, Gandi, Valencia, Maryland, Angie and Adrianna. Exceptional support staff in Tory and Twin. Thank You!
