TRUCARE LIVING CENTERS COLUMBUS

My husband and I cannot express how appreciative we are for the wonderful care, concern, and support my sister received while a resident at TLC.The staff, nurses, and administrators renewed our faith in nursing home care. Their attentiveness and compassion extended to us as well. In addition, Dr. Bart Klaus was a blessing.

My experience was not so great. The staff and I mean the nurses are wonderful caring people. Upper management is just the opposite. They could care less. I drove 6 1/2 hours for my son to visit his grandfather. Who was recently RETURNED to TruCare Living Center after time in the hospital from a stroke. I was told I needed to speak with the Director of Nursing or up in order to get special permission to enter a gated area. Because of the covid virus and he was in quarantine. I understood. Gave my contact info and waited. Two hours later, needing to get on my (6 hour stent) I called back. Speaking to the same person. "Oh she's in a meeting now, I'll have her call you". Next morning still no call. Again same person "Oh, she's at Wal-Mart", I'll have her call you. Later another call out on premises. Ok she worked. Mean while I drove 6 plus hours expecting to get in 3 visits. We are on day two and still no abovementioned call back from this or any person. To speed this along more calls to go unretured. They don't work on Sat so. Finally get to a lovely person that helped me. Thank you Ashley. For finally allowing my son his visit on our way back out of town. Personally I find the office and upper management unqualified to do their jobs. A simple call would have saved me alot of aggravation and disappoint.

Great employees, clean, good food no place or nothing on this earth is perfect but TLC is a great place. Kudos to you TLC
