PARK MANOR OF CONROE

Elderly mother sent there for rehab with multiple fractures. They leave her sitting for long periods of time, don't come for hours after pressing the nurse button. Only after a family member tells the front desk that no one has checked on her does someone come by. Weekdays are better than weekends. They seem to be under staffed on weekends. Family members feel like we have to go everyday to make sure she is being cared for adequately. Some of the PTs are great and some not so great. When they take her back to her room, she has sat for long periods of time without being helped back into bed. She is often unable to call the nurse because the button is lost under the bed or left somewhere she can't reach it after sheets have been changed. We cannot recommend this place for rehab. We feel like we must check on our mother constantly to make sure she is doing ok.

Park Manor truly goes above and beyond in caring for the elderly. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and treats residents with dignity and respect. You can tell they genuinely care, not just about physical needs but emotional well-being too. It gives families real peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such capable and kind hands. I’m incredibly grateful for the care provided here and highly recommend Park Manor

Park Manor of Conroe has been a wonderful place, and a big reason for that is Rylie W. Rylie is an outstanding hospitality aide who consistently goes above and beyond in her care. She is kind, patient, attentive, and truly compassionate with residents and their families. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and that makes such a difference in a nursing home setting. Rylie always takes the time to make sure needs are met, questions are answered, and residents feel comfortable and respected. Her positive attitude and professionalism bring so much reassurance during what can be a difficult time. Park Manor of Conroe is very lucky to have her, and she deserves recognition for the exceptional care she provides. Highly recommend this facility, especially because of dedicated staff members like Rylie W.
