I had to pick up a friend from here and Some of the staff and housekeeping were rude and disrespectful. He himself said it was a horrible experience and he will not be returning.
I have had a family member here for a little over six months. Although I didn't want to transfer him from another nursing facility, I needed him closer to home. This facility made the transition seamless, and the care has been just as great as the previous facility.
I had a fantastic stay here! I enjoyed everything about it from the staff to everyone I met. It was overall a really good experience! I definitely would refer this facility to anyone needing Nursing & rehabilitation care. I definitely would & will come back to this wonderful facility. Thank you everyone at Cuero Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for all that you did for me and making me feel like home.
