Love the Secure Unit. Great things happening at Concho Health & Rehabilitation. Cora keeps the residents entertained and busy with her GREAT Activity Program. Must make a trip to visit.
Concho Health and Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful skilled nursing facility! The building is always clean and provides great meals. They have a wonderful and caring staff as well. There is a great rehab department that will help get residents to their prior level of functioni if possible. They also have a secured unit which is a great asset. They recently put new flooring in the front of the building giving it a beautiful face lift!
Talk about hometown family environment! I love this home and the management team at Concho! The services are top notch and really exceed expectations when it comes to outcomes and satisfaction for both staff and residents. Highly Recommend the food and care in this home! You set the bar high in Texas Team Concho HRC !!!
