The staff at Mountain View were kind and attentive throughout my family member’s stay. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the regular updates on care. Overall, we felt they were in good hands.
Its been a while, We trusted this facility with my grandma's care in 2016. It turned out to be the worst decision we ever made. My grandmother died in there care. With an overdose of morphine by one of there nurses. Till this day I have no peace. The grieving has been hard and I'm not over it. They never took accountability for what they did. I lived away at the time and with grieving, I unfortunately didn't take proper action. I can't stop grieving in sadness.
Great nursing home to take care of your loved ones to. The administration staff is very helpful at addressing any concerns and are very attentive. The nursing facility is very clean and feels like home .
