MOUNTAIN VILLA NURSING HOME

This is a terrible place to take your elders, my grandmother was there 3 years ago and till this day I am sure they haven’t changed at all, when I would go visit there were always elders in pain screaming or dragging on the floor little to forget how they would only drug her with morphine every time she would wake up and was traumatized there was one day when I witnessed the medical neglect and my grandma begged me crying to take her out and I did but the facility made it impossible to do so until I warned them I would contact the state health department that’s when they started processing everything to discharge her and when they did they had no professionalism they wouldn’t change her diapers causing her a rash if you are considering this place take a look around and ask patients how their experience is I hate this place how could you be a nursing home but have so much hate towards elders that clearly need help

My sister has been ay Mtn Villa for 2 years. She has received excellent care from the team. Hey blood sugar is well controlled and she is content being there. I would recommend it if you have a loved one needing long term care.

I did a Walmart delivery here and this place is very depressing and ugly. The smell was awful. There were old people laying around the hallways and an old man undressing himself in the bathroom with the door wide open. There was an old lady crying and moaning in the hallway and nobody was tending to her. This place needs to be reported and shut down.
