I have returned to Nazareth time and time again. staff and therapy is delightful and helpful. i am fortunate to have come and get to experience there newly opened skilled wing. the rooms and amenities are fantastic. The young lady Brianne comes every morning to check on me and is very helpful. I recommend anyone wanting to come for skilled therapy to come her
Facility has a beautiful new wing. Don’t let that fool you. Had a family member transfer there from the hospital. Within 4 hours of being at the facility, we were en route back to the hospital for respiratory failure. Oxygen concentrator they provided was last serviced October of 2019 and was only producing purity of 75 % far below what’s considered medical grade.
I went last Wednesday to check out th facilities. The staff seems nice, place was clean and it feels cozy, welcoming. I had the opportunity to talk to the social worker, she was so friendly and seemed very prepared because I had a ton of questions and she answered everything with kindness and patience. Dalia is a great and very compassionate social worker.
