As soon as we walked in, it felt so nice—everyone greeted us with warm smiles, the place was bright, super clean, and well kept. The tour was not only helpful but also showed real compassion.

What can I say, I went to see if i could put my mom there, I met with Mathew he was very professional and listen to all the concerns I had and why I needed to move my mom, he told me the administrator was not there but to come back and see her, I did the following week and spoke to Perla and also explained to her my concerns and what I expected on my moms care, she also said to call her to see how to accommodate my mom, I didn’t here from her, I called Angie and she said they had room but they were waiting on Perla, I went on 8/25/2025 and I spoke to Perla only to feel rejected by Perla she said well first we don’t have the staff to accommodate on your moms needs your going to have the same problems like the other facility so I’m like so your saying the care of the residents don’t matter? She also said well at this time we have no beds available, talking about not wanting your business, so Mathew stepped in and said we’ll have rooms in the two hundreds at that point I’m like I’m not bringing my mom here and force to be somewhere where my moms not wanted, some people need to be trained to have customer service, Perla has none and talks bad about the facility instead of saying positive things she plainly rejected our interest of being there, talking about discrimination, but that’s ok never thought this would happen in a nursing home

Great staff and very caring environment. Pebble Creek really takes good care of their residents.
