I am editing my review after a call from the center's administrator. She called me to gain a better understanding of my concerns. We had a very pleasant and professional conversation about my previous experience. She actually took the time to listen and clearly explain details of what needed to know. My one star rating is solely based on experience with one person in the finance office. The person was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't take the time to listen to me when I was seeking information about a statement that was sent to my home. When I explained how ambiguous the statement was she deflected blame to the center's main business office. She told me to stop yelling at her after I pointed out how bad the state described the transactions listed.i wasn't yelling, she just wasn't able to answer my question adequately. As I stated, she blamed her main office for the preparation of the statement. The funny thing about that was her name and signature was on the statement. 2.5.25 Unfortunately my bed ridden mother is currently staying here where she bathed once per week because "...we don't have any linens." More to follow. 2.14.25 Update: My mother's ceiling has been leaking for a week now and no one seems to care. The only number available anywhere is the receptionist and she's no help. She pays 1200$/month and we are going broke buying Door Dash because the meals are consistently pathetic, i.e. a bowl of shredded lettuce or cottage cheese for dinner (she's lactise intolerant so you'd think they'd care. O and still getting a bath 1 per week but only IF she threatens to report them cuz... no linens.
I’m so very grateful to the caregivers for taking such good care of my friend. Your entire staff has been so professional as well as groovy I am sure it’s a gritty job at times but I’ve not seen or heard any complaints. Also two very enthusiastic thumbs up for keeping it so clean and fresh smelling… again I’m sure that’s a big task …it doesn’t go unnoticed!! … if you could maybe get some live local music
