This Avalon location is always clean and well maintained. The staff has been responsive to my family's requests and to the needs of my dad and making sure he is comfortable during his stay. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!

First, Maria the director at Garland is the best. Always accessible and always helpful. This is a memory care center and there are patients at all stages of the disease. My friend has been with Avalon for at least two years and they treat her so well. As the disease has progressed they have done everything they can to make her life comfortable. She will be there til the end. There are more expensive places that have more things to do, but my friend cannot do those things. So this is the best place for her. They always do their best and I am thankful for it.

I cannot say enough good things about Avalon Memory Care. My mother lived with and at AMC in Garland for the last 4 years of her life. She was treated with respect, dignity, and top care by the staff and her care team. My father passed a year before I had to find a permanent care facility for her an he could not have dreamed of a better place for her to be cared for. My mother felt safe, and was happy everyday while there. She felt like she was spoiled, and she was. I miss her so much but I never worried about her other than her health. I felt comforted knowing she was so well cared for.
