Can’t recommend Legend oaks enough, my dad had a short stay here and this place goes above and beyond any other health are facility i’ve known or visited. Shirley, Nurse B., and even the receptionists were extremely kind and always were there when i needed them. The place is extremely clean, the rooms are updated and nice. I wish i had known about this place for my mother before her passing. If you have to choose a healthcare facility for a loved one, look here first. Thank you legend oaks, -Shane and Steven.
Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a wonderful community. The staff and their entire team are great. They all genuinely care about their patients and keep their care and care needs top of mind. I would highly recommend if you are seeking for yours or your loved ones care needs. Lacey has done a wonderful job representing this location!
There are few good nursing homes in the area and this isn't one of them. Since being there my husband has had diarrhea. They probably aren't clean enough. I saw a male nurse or therapist or tech sneeze right on the water and tea pitchers yesterday. I wish we had money to get decent care. Update: he's been waiting hours to get changed. I know this place makes money hand over fist so I don't know why they don't either pay people more or hire more people. Update again: nothing has changed. Still neglecting patients. Got morning meds at 1:00 PM. Someone will get sick and die here and I'm sure it will get covered over. They don't want me to put a camera in his room. Still waits long times to be changed, questionable medication policy, long waits for food, help, etc.
Quality Score
Carley found exceptional care quality and clean, well-maintained facilities that families consistently praised, though communication consistency drew occasional concern.
