CROSSROADS NURSING & REHABILITATION

My dear mother has been a resident at Crossroads and Rehabilitation for more than two years now. The administration staff has been wonderful during this difficulty transition. They are very patience, caring, and understanding. Especially since the onset of COVID-19. They were ahead of the curve by stopping visitations before they were ordered to do so. They have the utmost priority of keeping my mom and all the residents safe during a tumultuous time. I also want to commend the nursing staff, cooks, housekeeping and everyone that has a collaborative role to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and provide quality care. I love the fact that the aides will stop and chat with us during our visits. Thank you all for giving us a piece of mind that my mother is being taken care of with dignity and respect. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone!

The staff at this facility does not care about your loved one. They are only there to collect a paycheck and do not give the proper care nor will they explain anything to you when u ask. They give you an answer of “I don’t know” and never follow up.

Horrible nursing home. Every room reeks of urine, they don’t clean the residents restrooms, the floors are always sticky all throughout the building, extremely unclean, the nurses are extremely lazy and unprofessional. They leave your family member in their feces and urine over night til the next day in the afternoon. They lose your family members clothes or they refuse to wash them. They refuse to give any information to the caretakers of the residents when they call and ask. God forbid your family member gets hurt and they won’t tell you what happened and just send them to the hospital with no information to be given. Every other day something happens with your family member. I strongly advise to find a better home for your family member. They’ll pass away here!
