My maternal grandmother is currently a resident at an Atria community and therefore we looked for an Atria community for my father when it was his time to move in. We visited the property and met with Nicole Adams several times before committing to ensure Atria would be a good fit and she was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Move-in was easy and getting him set up in his room was easy. The room was clean, the common areas are clean and I noted a lot of activities on the calendar. From the family perspective, we appreciated getting a call on my father’s health whenever he had a fall or medical issue. That gave me peace of mind knowing he was safe and well. We recommend Atria Westchase for those considering Assisted Living for a loved one
Our experience of placing our best friend into Atria Westchase has been a totally wonderful experience. The staff are extremely attentive, compassionate and they desire a strong sense of community. The Atria is so well maintained and supports their residents needs and promotes their well-being. They have a beautiful dining room with chef prepared meals with activities going on for socializing. I could not have felt any better to leave my best friend in the care of Atria. Their apartments are really cozy and really nice. This faciltiy and staff are an A+ on my scale and I am picky. Nicole was a tremendous help. She made the move very easy and answered every question or concern that we had and it was such a pleasure to meet her in person (she is a very caring individual). GREAT STAFF & GREAT TENANTS. Extremely pleased.
I have a profound appreciation and respect for this facility. The staff are courteous , thoughtful, attentive and supportive, with high regards towards but not limited to memory care. The program is exemplary and the positive interactions between residents and staff are especially valuable offering a variety of engaging activities, as well as enriching experiences. I would highly recommend this facility with a 100% rating. The community is very well maintained and the aesthetics are exceptionally pleasing. Their diverse events and relationships among colleagues that show both great kindness and professionalism. I’m proud to be a part of this illustrious environment.
