Our experience has been one of caring for our family member going above and beyond by the Director and his team. The review from Mary Compton, where men are allowed to come and go, is absolutely false. We have reported the review to Google as such. She has never been to the community to see her sister. Our family apologizes to the Belmont on behalf of Mary Compton.
Great facilities! Great food! Great staff! Memory program is helping my dad. My dad enjoys the field trips. My 93 yo DAD LOVES living at Belmont. I like Belmont- West U because of its convenient inside the loop location near the medical center and VA hospital. Everything my dad needs us nearby.
The Belmont staff have been extremely helpful & accommodating in meeting our needs for my Mom & her grandson. Their assistance in helping her & her grandson make a move was more than we could expect. They were there for us every step in the process and worked beyond and above what was required. This recent move has been a blessing to both my mom and my nephew. Thank you Belmont for making this move happen for the both of them. It was an A+ transition and would not have happened without your generosity of time, talent and kindness during this process!
Quality Score
Carley found a beautifully maintained environment with strong staffing dedication, though families noted communication could be more consistent.
