I do not recommend this facility ! If your patient needs important regularly scheduled medications this staff will either not have it or not give it as prescribed. If your patient is not self sufficient, ie walking, shower, restroom, eating, this staff will not help them and will ignore them for hours on end. Some staff are friendly and helpful. Some staff are rude, unprofessional and neglectful of their patients. I had to remove my Mother by ambulance to the ER because they wouldn’t give her prescribed medications and ignored her calls for help.

I was a resident there and they treated me with respect - the nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful - I enjoyed my stay - I wish I could have stayed longer - I got well and Life goes on

Most of the staff are kind and good at their jobs. PT and OT ONCE a day for 5 days a week while we were advised it would be twice a day. We were notified 10 days after the maximum Medicare 20 days was up.if we had known sooner, we would have made other arrangements for his care. This is our first experience with a facility so we are a little lost. Now we are responsible for the copay which the advantage plan coverage is minimal. Patient is to be in the wheelchair to eat meals but has not been out of the bed in over 4 days. They keep him clean and comfortable but not moving him and I am not physically able to assist. Have made admin aware but no change as of yet.
