Thank you very much accepting my mom and willing to work with her. This is a very clean place
If I could put ZERO stars I would. A close family friend was staying here and had several falls while in their care. Falls that required extensive medical attention. If you care about your loved ones please do NOT allow them to stay here.
I would put 0 stars if I could for the care that my grandmother received last May. During my visits it became very clear that her lunches were missed and it was questionable whether or not she received her medicine. Her condition was terrible as she had a heart condition, and it took almost an hour to call an ambulance to transfer her to a hospital. There was no sense of urgency at all after I had alerted staff that she was having difficultly breathing and it was an emergency. I had asked several times to get confirmation an ambulance was coming, and instead was met with no compassion and the staff becoming defensive saying they didn't appreciate being asked multiple times when no one had actually confirmed this. I was told that they would have to call their own ambulance, rather than letting me call one myself. I believe this facility would be better for elderly care for those in better physical health and are mentally alert - those who can speak up for themselves. Otherwise I'm confident that others would be left suffering if they were bed bound. My grandmother ended up being transferred to the hospital and ended up passing away a week later. I can't help but wonder how much she would've been suffering had our family not been there with her at the time to get her help.
Quality Score
Carley found the facility maintains an exceptionally clean and welcoming environment, though families raised serious concerns about care quality, medication management, and resident safety.
