A family member has been in this Center for 20 years - this is the best it has looked and, and most importantly, FELT in that time. The staff are caring, understanding, and welcoming. From Denise and Joyce in activities to Katie in social services, the kindness is constant and the care is thoughtful. Kudos to the entire Center’s staff and their wonderful progress in getting this Center looking and feeling GREAT.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this facility. The level of care and professionalism was extremely poor, and it felt like the well-being of patients was not a priority at all. Communication was lacking, concerns were ignored, and the overall environment felt unsafe and neglectful. If you truly love your loved one, I strongly advise you not to bring them to this facility. No family should have to worry about whether their relative is being properly cared for. I regret trusting this place and would never recommend it to anyone.
The best I was scared when I got here first experience was with driver .I met my match she was talkative friendly helpful kind beautiful inside and out. Then I wheeled in to a warm welcome by all nursing staff .Then I knew I am home Everyone welcomed me every nurse doctors speech therapist Sosial worker and many others all well trained nurses. Always smiling ready to help in anyway. Gods angels Don't forget the main people therapy room Omg I couldn't walk when I got here Now I am standing straight thanks to them I an not good with names but Mr Kim Mike fees and all the other therapists a big thank u .keep u good work I will be back to visite made friends for life Once again thank u guys Love u Jenny

Carley found a beautifully maintained, welcoming environment that families loved, though staffing inconsistencies and communication gaps created concerns for some.
