PARADIGM AT WOODWIND LAKES

REVISED They finally fixed it. I have been asking this for days. Please fix the AC unit that runs for hours on COLD. I have 2 blankets on and 2 comforters. This is unacceptable. Please fix. I already have a cold from it PLEASE TURN DOWN THE AC

Tom, the social worker, truly changed our lives. After such a long and stressful journey, he helped bring my husband to Paradigm Woodlands, and I will forever be grateful. From the very beginning, Tom was kind, patient, and understanding. He listened to our situation and genuinely cared about what we were going through. Seeing how calm and comfortable my husband is now means more to me than words can express. It has brought me such peace knowing he is in a place where he is cared for properly. The staff at Paradigm Woodlands is absolutely amazing — compassionate, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. My sister was placed here for rehab. The majority of the staff were pleasant and compassionate. Your reception staff were awesome.
