PARADIGM NORTHWEST

My loved one has been placed in this facility on a vent. Lisa and Megan have guided me through the entire process. I was so stressed out but have been relieved by the compassion everyone has and the RT team are amazing because I was lost.

If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYBODY TO SEND ANYBODY HERE! terrible STAFF. Very inconsiderate of my mother's care and took 4 hours to get somebody in the room just to get what you needed done! A CNA there mistreated my mother while she was there my mother was in a bad car accident September 19th.. she suffered a broken back broken ribs , broken face broken thumb , broken bones in the front of her clavicle and back. Her Scalp was ripped off of her head.. My mother , they are saying , is paralyzed from the waist down.. after her journey at memorial hospital , my mother was sent here and the staff here a CNA Told my mother , if she couldn't take getting in and out of the lift , because my mother was crying about her neck , hurting where IT WAS BROKEN!!! MIGHT i add. that maybe she shouldn't get out of bed at all! The STAFF IS NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE! very unprofessional I can't believe these people have a job.. i come to visit my mom one day and walked in to her room and the top of her head was bleeding.. that was my last straw and guys she was there 24hours!!!! Tells you how terrible this place is! they don't do shit but sit at the desk play on phones and aren't doing what they should... the OWN ADMINISTRATOR IS A LIER for her STAFF she covers for them. My poor mother has endured so much and I'll never send her back here again!!!!! Plus BEDS ARE not made for enough room for a adult at all!!!!!

This place is terrible. If could give one star I would. They tell you everything you want to hear before your family gets the but once admitted it absolutely different. My give arrived there Jan.20 from an LTAC, the care he received from this place was awful. Every last person there needs to be fired, the nursing director, respiratory manger, and the director of the facility. It's not enough space on this post for me to go into details of they poorly cared for my child. Let's just say he was admitted into the hospital Thursday Feb.5th because of their negligence. If you love your family member do not sent them to this place and if your love one is there now, move them immediately. Because I garuntee the won't make out of there alive.
