VILLAGE ON THE PARKSTEEPLECHASE

My mother started in Assisted Living and moved to Independent Living shortly thereafter. The staff in both areas have been extremely friendly and helpful. The VOP staff have all worked to make sure we are settled, comfortable and happy with our mother's new home. They are always smiling and willing to help and we are comfortable that our mother is safe and looked after when we are not there. We are so pleased with our choice of this community for her golden years.

My mother has lived in the cottages at Village on the Park Steeplechase for over 5 years. The cottages have great 1 & 2 bedroom homes with a garage. Maintenance is excellent! I am SO thankful that during this pandemic The Village has taken the utmost care in keeping the residents & staff safe & well. They put the utmost safety measures into place immediately. The temperatures of the residents, as well as staff, are taken daily. Due to their diligence, none of the residents have become ill with COVID. Also, Terri, the Director, has made sure that the residents, as well as their families, receive up to date communication. These letters cover essential protocol procedures, updates on the health of the community, any community updates & encouragement. Most importantly, Terri stresses that anyone may call for anything. It is, especially stressed that if anyone is feeling lonely or sad, to please let them know. I appreciate all that Terri and the staff have done and are continuing to do to make my mother and the other residents feel safe & well taken care of. Susan Thankful Daughter

My mom has been a resident at Village on the Park for many years. She has been through the entire system from independent living to assisted living and is now in memory care.
