Physical Therapy was really good, But that was the only thing good about this place. The food was always served late and cold, sometimes I did not get my lunch until almost 2:00: , The only thing good was there chef salads. My medication that the doctor ordered, They kept saying it was back ordered, Well I needed it! Finally they got it out of some box. The TV has been out for 2 Days because and I quote” Because they did not pay the BILL!! Who’s running this place!! the administration as they call him MR G is not doing a very good job. I know there are some that do not care about the TV, but then there are people like me that enjoy watching.. SMH. Also I’m on a medication that is supposed to be given in the morning, I finally noticed and told them I was not getting this medication. I told my daughter about this, she called and talked to them and they tried to give me this medication at night. I’m glad I know my medications because I was able to tell them when I needed to take this. I’m feel sorry for the people that cannot advocate for themselves or have someone that can help them like a family member. I just hope I never have to return to this place again!

The Willows was a great place for my loved one. They have a family environment & have an awesome Activitys & rehab program that really get your loved ones involved. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I've been a resident here for almost a year and it has been great. Best therapy department I have ever been involved with; they are very encouraging and push you to want to improve yourself. The aides are very personable and caring. I only wish my father, who passed back in Nivember of 2018, and I lived closer when he was needing therapy, he would have gone here to get better.

Carley found serious concerns about care quality, hygiene, medication management, and family communication that families experienced repeatedly, though rehabilitation services and facility cleanliness were occasionally praised.
