LIBERTY HEALTH CARE CENTER

I had to place my mother here in December of 2014. I visit often,, keep in touch with the staff and address any issues my mother may have. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Willing to help make my mom'e life easier with losing her independence. I am now having to place her on Hospice care and they are working with me to make that transition easy as well. Having come from a background of working in nursing homes years ago, I know that family involvement is very important. I would recommend this facility. Drop in visits always welcome. Having lunch with your loved one is always welcome. Family fun nights, The activities directer is the best I have ever seen. I always get phone calls when her medications are changed.

My Dad is a veteran and this used to be an approved facility by the VA. Currently it's not for some reason. My Dad has been in there many times and I have always been happy with the service. He is always clean and well cared for. The facility smells clean and every patient I have seen is clean. My mother in law is a full time resident with severe dementia and doesn't know the difference whether she is clean or not. You can go in anytime of day any day of the week and she is always clean. The foods not always the best, but no worse than hospital food. I hope the VA reconsider this facility being approved.

Liberty Healthcare has been a Godsend for my Uncle. He loves being there and is treated like family. I wish when my mother had to go to rehab before she passed away, that she could have gone here instead of a Baytown facility. My Uncle has been here several years now and is kept clean, groomed and healthy. He loves music and they definitely accommodate him in every way possible to make it happen for him. We just love the staff there! The past Administator, Brent and current Administrator, Adam can’t be beat! They, and their staff make it a fun place to stay for the residents! They are always taking them places, playing games like bingo, beachball chair volleyball, crafts, church services, special singing guests, etc. They have great therapists who really care about him too. He could barely sit up in his wheelchair due to his Parkinson’s, but they have finally found a way to make it happen! The administrator assistant, Brittany is so loving and caring to him. She is always sharing her chips, candy, etc with him, sending messages with pictures of him a few times a week. She goes above and beyond for the residents and their family. Melissa and her daughter help him with his music and guitar and really make him feel special! Nurses Alice and Shay are always giving updates on Tommy and even FaceTiming him with me when he asks them too. These are just a couple of the nurses who help with him. All have been really helpful throughout the years with him, getting him the care he needs and taking good care of him. My family and I are very pleased with Liberty Healthcare and their staff. I highly recommend checking them out if you or someone you love needs a place for rehab or long term care!
