My mother has been at Crown Point Health Suites for almost 2 years and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and care. The facility is always CLEAN, bright, and inviting. The staff is absolutely incredible. Everyone is extremely nice and kind to her. They keep me updated on her progress with schedules calls with her care team. The therapy team has been amazing as well, helping her stay mobile with her walker and not just putting her in a wheelchair. The food is surprisingly good, like amazing!! Compared to 2 other facilities Lubbock, it blows them away! There are also fun activities and social events(bingo and dominoes ) that give my mom something to look forward to every day — she’s made new friends and feels at home here. Crown Point has given us peace of mind knowing she’s in the best hands possible. I’m so thankful for the entire team for the love and attention they show my mom. I AM forever grateful to them.
