Madisonville Assisted Living is the place to be. It has friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is out of this world. I recommend it to everyone who is looking to place a relative or make it your home. I have lived here for 9 years and will continue to. Would not even consider going anywhere else.

MAL (Madisonville Assisted Living) was home to two of my dear aunties for over five years. I’ve had other loved ones in different facilities over the years, MAL has been the best by far. There’s a significant emotional component trusting an outside agency with a loved one’s care. The team at MAL provided assurance and then walked out top notch care. From day one, they treated my precious aunties with dignity and respect. The staff is cohesive, caring, attentive and kind. They develop a relationship with the residents and get to know the nuances of each. The facility is super clean and pleasant. I visited often and saw first hand that the care was consistently good. I was greeted warmly and personally, and always invited to join the aunties for their meal. Any questions or concerns were welcome and addressed to my satisfaction within the team’s ability. I did find myself wishing they had more support from “corporate” on a couple of occasions but the “boots on the ground care” was wonderful. Hilary was a delight to work with, professional and responsive. I couldn’t have navigated the corporate and medicare/medicaid nightmare without April and Hilary’s patience and guidance. Angels, both. Crystal prepares delicious and nutritious meals with love and care. Patricia keeps the floors to a mirror shine and even cleans the walker balls - what a jewel. Leslie wears so many hats and serves the residents tirelessly. This team blessed my aunties and gave me peace about their care. If you’re thinking i’m fond of the MAL team, you’d be correct. If you are looking to place a loved one in a facility I highly recommend you think about touring madisonville assisted living. This facility has so much love when you come in from being greeted by Leslie who is the Admin and also the marketing personnel as well. I was given so much information that will be beneficial to me when I decide I need to place my loved one. Dietary if you have not tried the food go and eat just once while visiting with staff and residents I promise You the food alone will have you coming back. If you are looking for a skilled place for your loved one tour Madisonville as soon as you can 🌟‼️ This is definitely one of the best facilities I have been in you will not be disappointed ‼️
