Worst training ever provided by norela. Very rude staff & they do not care about the residents. Agency even called a resident “crazy”. The halls are putrid and smell of urine and feces. Another employee told a resident to “shut up”.

This home has recently changed names, but their care is beyond poor. Do not let your love ones stay there! I wish negative reviews were possible.
