LEGACY AT TOWN CREEK

Thought this place was going to be the answer to the needs my mother has, but after weeks of back and forth communications and preparing to bring my mother to this facility, they didn't have the courtesy to at least let me know that they couldn't fulfill my mother's needs. It wasn't until I had to go to the facility, go through 3 different people and being told that I had pulled one lady out of an important meeting (as if i grabbed her by the ear to make her come to talk to me) that I walked out with complete distaste for Legacy and some of the staff. Not only was some of the medical records that were "carefully reviewed" apparently not so carefully reviewed because they had inaccurate information to base their claims on but I was bold face lied to when they told me they called and left me a voicemail regarding my mother's placement..... my voicemail isn't even set up. I believe things happen for reasons and feel sure this bump in the road is going to be a true blessing.

It took me a while to locate any staff to obtain patient information. Once I did, the experience was excellent. The facility was clean and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I am aware that my visiting experience was on a Saturday.

Such a great place for all your rehab needs! Private Rooms,cleanliness, and great care go a long way!
