My mother was a resident until we had to move her closer to me. I would like to thank all the staff for the great care that she received while living there. Thanks for being so caring to all your residents.
I always said I would not put my mother in a nursing home until I could not take care of her by myself anymore. Mother had Alz and got to that point she was 94 when I had to get her more help. The True Care staff was absolutely a God send . They were so very good to mother. When mother passed they let us stay with her as long as we wanted. If your to a point you need help with your loved one this is the very best place.
Recently, I learned my uncle who was a patient at Tru Care was suffocated with a pillow by one of the employees. The management will not give us the name of the employee or the repercussions the employee has endured since the incident. We trust these employees to care for our loved ones. We are heart broken.
