It's evident that the well-being of every resident is a top priority, with personalized care plans and regular activities to keep everyone engaged and active. What really stood out to me was the level of communication and transparency from the staff. As the leader of a group that volunteers regularly at The Park, we have had many great experiences. The staff is usually very welcoming and helpful when we go, the residents that participate are always excited to see us. I coordinate events with Vernette, the current activities director every month (sometimes more than once a month) and she's been responsive. When discussing plans for the residents, she has great ideas and activities to keep their days full of fun and community.
