The 4 and 5 star reviews of this place I believe are fake or bought. My mother was here 11/21-11/30, received NO FOOD after she got there at 7pm even after requesting SOMETHING, was neglected the entire time, got no sleep because of a loud roommate and for some reason no one would accommodate a private room though her insurance would’ve allowed it, received almost zero physical therapy when she was told she would get 3 hours a day. I’m attaching screenshots of our conversations, she was 100% in her right mind at this time, had to go back to the hospital twice where she DIED ON DECEMBER 7th. I am filing a complaint with Texas adult protective services and I’ll do everything I can to shut this place down.

I went to pick up my mother in law. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Very clean and everyone ( Staff) was very welcoming. I like you have to sign in at the kiosk for security reasons. Nurse was very helpful and went through the discharge papers and all information. Great place.

Due to my mom’s dementia, it was suggested that my mom recover here after her open heart surgery. Erika and the Rest of the nursing staff were extremely pleasant to not only my mom also to me! This was a rough experience, so that was definitely appreciated by me more than I can express. I also have to give appreciation to Qui Qui Who also went above and beyond for me and my mom. She was super amazing in making sure that we had EVERYTHING that we needed after her discharge! The way she advocated for us felt like more of family than just a case manager.

Carley's Analysis

Carley found families highly valued the clean, welcoming environment and courteous front-desk experience, though concerns about neglect, inadequate nutrition, and inconsistent care quality during rehabilitation stays were serious and recurring.
