My mother moved into Aerial Pointe 2 1/2 weeks ago. Every step along the way in the process has been nothing short of delightful! As a family member, we want our parents to be happy and in a good environment. The people here are so kind and friendly. They are welcoming and are helping my mother form new friendships. The dining room is beautiful and a perfect place for her to become better acquainted. They have a chef here and the food is very good. The maintenance staff is incredibly responses and caring.She has a beautiful two bedroom home with a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and a small miniature golf course. She loves to sun on her balcony which she has named the sun deck. I have a dear friend whose mother is in memory care. She is very grateful for the staff who engage with her mother and others who are struggling with their memories. It is crucially important to have caring and engaging staff in populations that are very vulnerable, such as assisted-living and memory care.
