This facility feels like home. April, Lorene, and their staff are always pleasant. Everyday we are greeted with smiles and "Good Morning." My family members have been residents and employees of various assisted living facilities and have yet to find one as compassionate and caring as the staff at Mustang Creek Estates Sachse. You can tell from design of the properties which yield itself to an incredulous feeling of "home sweet home," to the entire staff that they truly care about the residents and family members. So many commercials perpetuate the notion that they employ a caring and loveable staff, but this location actually holds true to the promise of taking care of your loved ones. Whether it's your parents, your spouse, or your brother, or sister, you can rest assured that they will be given optimal care at this facility. I once believed that anyone who worked in this business was there because of the compassion they possessed for seniors. I have come to discover that Mustang Creek Estates is one of the rare facilities that actually hold true to this mindset and demeanor. You can go in and speak with April and her management team and immediately understand just how much they care and why you would be hard pressed to find another campus that could come close to the level of care your loved ones would receive from the staff at Mustang Creek Estates Sachse!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have never come across a business so terrible. My mother in law just passed away 2 days ago from dementia, and she was a resident here for a while. While she was a resident we had a few minor issues, nothing too bad in the beginning. We would bring her clothes, 3 days later they would all be gone. We would bring her bathroom supplies to last the month, they would all be gone a week later. The “nurses” would just give her things to everyone else, wouldn’t even use the wipes etc for my MIL. Then it started getting bad. Since they kept taking the bathroom wipes and not even using them for her, she kept getting very very sick. And since she couldn’t communicate properly, and we trusted the employees, we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Until she had to be rushed to the ER. They neglected her so badly that she got a UTI, and because they KEPT neglecting her, didn’t treat her, didn’t even tell us, her UTI got so bad she got SEPSIS. Do you know how BAD it has to be for sepsis to occur? And to keep this short(ish) I am skipping over a lot, but after being rushed to the ER she had to stay there almost a month. And then we were able to put her in a really good hospice care. But now that she has passed and we are taking care of everything that follows, it’s come out that the women working at this company STOLE HER WEDDING RING. We have tried and tried to speak to someone about this issue but are met with “we don’t know what you’re talking about, she never had a ring” and just being rude and ofc won’t get us to a manager or owner or anything, keep getting hung up on. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LOVED ONES LIVES & PROPERTY DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. They do not care, they will abuse your family members, rob you and them blind, and then give you so much attitude. What’s already a horribly tough time has become so much worse for us because of this horrible place. Sorry this was so long, but I’ve also left out so much.

I can’t say enough good things about Mustang Creek Estates of Sachse. From the moment we first visited, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff and the homelike atmosphere of the facility. The caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and truly treat residents like family. It’s clear they genuinely care and take pride in creating a safe and comfortable environment. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel more like a home than an institution. The smaller, residential-style houses make a huge difference in fostering a sense of community and personalized care. Meals are home-cooked and nutritious, and the staff does a great job accommodating individual needs and preferences. There are also a variety of engaging activities that help residents stay mentally and socially active. Whether it’s a game night, music, or simply sitting on the porch enjoying the day, Mustang Creek makes sure residents are never forgotten or isolated. Our family has peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and kind hands. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, I highly recommend Mustang Creek Estates of Sachse.
