El Coronado Stone Oak has an excellent, professional and trained team, with the gift of serving others with love, reliability and respect. Beautiful facilities with various recreational activities where residents and patients feel comfortable and excited to participate. It also has outdoor places where you can share with your family and make your days more pleasant.. excellent care full of love and solidarity..

I Sandy Rawls found this facility wonderful.. Was very happy with the PT Falguni Doshi/OT Michelle Staff during my stay at Coronado for 14 Days. The Activity Director, Yart Aguirre was fantastic. The Nursing Corey Clark, and Barbara Morin with Assistant Mariana Ramirez we're top-notch. Importantly, Justis W made sure all supplies went to all patients. Housekeeping, Maria Rodriguez works well with Maintenance Director, Donovan Sullivan / Assistance Keon Mays. Relations Coordinator Linda Martinez/ Nathan Vasquez. I only have good things to say about me, stay at Coronado at Stone Oak. Responsible for helping me develop and recover improving my injury to do daily activities.

I went to this facility for continued rehab after being in the hospital. The service is nonexistent and the facility is depressing and dirty. The food is not edible and actually smells. Patients walk around like zombies and are very depressed. I left after two days and actually had to have my attorney come and get me out. The social worker refused to speak to me when I requested information about discharge. Stay away from this pit of human despair.

Carley's Analysis

Carley found families expressed serious concerns about unresponsive staff, missed care, and poor communication with families, though the facility's beautiful physical environment and some positive recent improvements were noted.
