The worst senior living place. Our experience is extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication with management is poor from the start—requests went unanswered, and when we did get responses, they were vague or dismissive.

The turnaround rate of the staff is expected considering the type of facility my husband is in. He has some very good CNA’s and nurses who are attentive to what he needs and what I say or suggest. For the most part the facility smells clean with few room exceptions on varying days. I believe Administration needs to take a more active role by making surprise walkthroughs. I would have given a higher rating if there was more consistency in all departments of this facility.

My experience with Mesa Vista Health Center has been nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth and belonging that eased any concerns about transitioning my 93-year-old father from another retirement community. I came in with a wall around my heart space, which came down as I began to witness the love the Administrator (Kristina) and her staff expressed to their tenants. I came in unannounced to use the element of surprise. I observed that the staff here are truly remarkable. They are not only professional and efficient but also incredibly compassionate and attentive to the needs of each resident. Whether assisting with daily activities, medical care, or a friendly chat, they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels valued and cared for. The facilities are impeccably maintained and designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. The living spaces are comfortable and spacious, providing a sense of home while still offering the convenience of on-site amenities and services. One aspect that stands out is the diverse range of activities and programs available to residents. I have attached a copy of March’s activities.(Remarkable) In addition to the excellent care and amenities, I appreciate the emphasis on safety and security. I feel reassured knowing that measures are in place always to ensure the well-being of residents. Overall, I cannot recommend Mesa Vista Health Center highly enough. It embodies the essence of a well-organized retirement home where residents can thrive and enjoy their golden years to the fullest. If you're considering a retirement community for yourself or a loved one, look no further than Mesa Vista Health Center. I don’t believe in coincidences. However, I do believe in synchronicities and serendipities. What made my mind up was the picture I took when I walked in the door.
