Every staff member is very nice for the most part. The service is where I have an issue. They take quite a long time to answer when a patient pushes their button (30min+). I’ve had to call the front desk a couple of times just to have them check on my mom after she pushed her button. I understand that they have other patients to help, but it should NEVER take that long just to get some help.
The nurses and staff are friendly and helpful. my client is well cared for and always clean, attentive to his needs
My Dad felt comfortable. I could see he was well taken care of. The place seemed happy, smelled clean. The patients looked content, happy. They seemed like they were given independence with subtle supervision. The place was calm. I was comfortable leaving Dad there. I will take Dad there for Respite in the future again.
