The staff at Avir (Northgate) did an exceptional job. We were so pleased with the care our loved one received while here. The admission process at Northgare was warm and inviting and providing detailed information what to expect for your loved one. The nurses and staff go above and beyond each day to provide the upmost care and well being and respect for the patients. Northgate medical nurses team responded to my mother's medical needs needing special attention at the Methodist Hospital LICU. My mother showed signs of a pulmonary embolism . I am so thankful for the medical team at Northgate and the quick response for emergency transport . When I first got here I had a bad experience with one of the nurses but that was before the change in management. Since the change in management, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with CNA and nurses. The therapy team was my favorite thing, they’re very charismatic but stay focused on the job too
