I experienced things I don’t like, I now feel concerned when I went to go visit my loved one, some nurses have a snappy attitude and are on their phone, I asked simple questions and a nurse just told me to ask someone else and left, didn’t even show me the decency to tell me which nurse to ask, and when I went to ask at the front desk she was out the room where I was on her phone gossiping. Incredibly unprofessional.

I had an outstanding experience with Denise Morales the Community Liaison from the moment we connected, she brought such genuine beauty and positive energy into every interaction. She is warm, friendly, and always greeting you with a smile, which makes the entire process feel comfortable and welcoming. Her knowledge truly stands out—she is well-informed, confident in what she does, and able to explain things clearly without ever making you feel rushed. What I appreciate most is how resourceful she is. No matter what question or situation came up, she found a solution quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. She represents the organization with professionalism and passion, and it really shows. I’m grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is both personable and highly capable.
