Facility was clean...n didnt reek of urine. Staff was inviting and kind and My Aunts room was clean. I look for cleanliness...Good Staff..and food selection.
My mother-in-law was there on rehab side few months ago the rooms were very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly, but the Ambassador I think she is Human resources is the best and the facility is very clean on the outside,
Amazing small town community with family feel from the Nursing Staff to the Administrative Staff to the Dining Staff to Activities Staff to the Rehabilitation Staff to the Laundry and Housekeeping Staff. The Personnel truly care about each and every client and work to encourage them to live up to their best life. We have been clients for 3 years and are very happy living at San Antonio Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. Meals are homemade and plentiful and so are treats and a variety of activities.
