This is an outstanding assisted living facility. Everyone is so caring and helpful to all residents. The place is clean, inside and out, and the food is great! The mature trees and safe Shavano Park neighborhood make it a great choice to live. Management is top notch! My parents moved to this facility in September and it has been a very positive experience!
I absolutely love this place ! Care , staff , residents & even the living environment is great ! If you’re thinking about moving your love ones here for the best care needed i 10/10 recommend coming by for tour & get your live ones the care they want & need !
Just to list a couple great things here at The Waterford, Residents are all so welcoming and kind to anyone who walks in whether it be a potential move in or a new resident and their family. Staff is always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to provide the best care for each and every resident! Food is always made fresh and plenty of options to choose from. Daily activities in our assisted living facility are always so much fun with the director Lucy! She always makes events so fun and residents enjoy all her efforts! If you haven’t already considered this a place for your loved one. Please do. Take a tour it’s amazing and you won’t be disappointed!
