WESTOVER HILLS REHABILITATION AND HEALTHCARE

The entire place smelled like old urine when I walked in, all the way down to my grandmother’s room. Nurses seem annoyed when you ask them to check on your relative or do their job in general. No care was given unless asked, dressing changes included with that, and bare minimum was given. Only four 30 minute therapy sessions were given in the week she was there, which started when she told staff she was leaving early due to lack of care. The only people that were kind was one of the OTs and one of the male CNAs. Overall horrendous staff and unclean facility. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE THEY WILL RECEIVE BARE MINIMUM CARE WITH THE ANNOYED STAFF AND DO MOST OF THE WORK THEMSELVES

My father was a patient at this rehabilitation center, and I’m very grateful for the care he received. The nursing staff and caregivers were attentive, compassionate, and genuinely kind. They treated my father with respect and made sure he was comfortable and well cared for throughout his stay. As a family member, it gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. I truly appreciate the staff for the work they do and would recommend this facility to others.

I went to visit my oldest sister. I was truly happy to see the staff interacting with my sister, not just her nurse but others. My sister was looking happy and was well taken care of. The place looked clean and comfortable.
