My sister was a resident at this facility for over 3 years. When admitted, she was in a very dark place as a result partly by medication mismanagement at another nursing home. However, the compassion and patience displayed by their staff, especially the professional care and kindness displayed by Patty Tullos, LVN helped my sister recover and successfully transition to her son’s home. Our family will forever be grateful to all the staff at your facility but Patty and her team have now also become part of our family! Thank you!!
My brother was taken care with respect and dedication. Had a very good support from Mr. Gonzalez, admission administrator and nurses. Would recommend this place to anyone that needs caretaking.
Our mom is a resident in memory care. As a family member of someone with Dementia it is difficult to navigate the daily challenges this disease brings. You only hope to give your loved one the best quality of life and enjoyable days. The Nurses and CNA's that help care for our Mom daily are exceptional. Recently, a few families approached the administration about perhaps providing more activities for the resident in memory care and it was so wonderful to be heard!! Vicente is an undeniable asset to this already great team in C wing. It is the best feeling to walk in and see our mom smiling and singing again. Thank you so much!!
Quality Score
Carley found serious staffing shortages and care quality concerns that families found troubling, though some praised the compassion and consistency of available caregivers.
