My husbands grandma is staying there and litterally every single time he or his family members go to visit she has been neglected , not fed , not cleaned , not monitored in any way ! and all they ever say is oh I'm sorry . That is not acceptable! each resident pays plenty of money to be cared for properly there and no one deserves to be treated this way . the place should be shut down and at the very least the administrator should do their job and make sure the residents here are getting the care they deserve and pay a lot of money for !
1 star is for Vida she is very rude. Everyone else is great but Vida needs a new job where she doesn't have to deal with the public.
