My mom is a resident at Las Ventanas and I am extremely happy with the care that my mom receives. The staff is very caring to all the patients and their families. They also have special functions to celebrate the holidays through out the year. I could not have found a better place to care for my mom..

Be careful sending love ones here… my mother is currently here and don’t get me wrong the care is fine but getting them to set up follows up after being release from the hospital is bs. My mother was suppose to follow up with her suergon for her wound 3 days after hospital release and no one ever set up and when I tried to get info on how to get this set up everyone kept giving me the run around and have me leave my name and number and never once has anyone called me back. She was suppose to follow up on Wednesday and today is Friday and still nothing set up smdh no one knows anything here and transportation lady sucks I guess she is the one who is suppose to set up the appointments

This facility is wonderful they take care of my grandmother really good it’s a beautiful place everyoneI has great customer service I recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved ones to be taken care of
