TEAGUE NURSING AND REHABILITATION

On 3/6/2025, My mom, my aunt, and me go there to pick up my grandfather that got kicked out for falling 3 times and they never cleaned his room like they said they did. We all know that people lie 24/7 a day and don’t ask for the head nurse because she won’t come and deal with it and she will neglect u. Here’s and pic of the room my grandfather was in and he was laying in food and my mom will leave a review and is going to call state and let them know what’s happened. Also his urinal bag was on the floor and there was pee all over. Then we said that we were miss a foot holder for his wheelchair and some of his clothes and the nurse stood there and laughed.

2018- Mom has been there since January 2017, and has felt at home & very well taken care of so far. Updated 2019- There are a few great staff members there, but not nearly enough. Poor judgment.

Please do not let your loved ones go to this place. My aunt Jeannie over street was admitted here and since being admitted her meals have been terrible this her dinner tonight 1/31/2024. First off being served on styrofoam is a violation of state rules it is a dignity issue as well as goes against residents rights, I will be forwarding this picture to state to show the poor service these residents are receiving at this ridiculous place, they need to be shut down!!! If you love your loved ones stay clear of this place as you can see they do not care. My aunt was told if she doesn’t want that then she just won’t have anything for dinner, I guess they don’t have an alternate menu or just don’t care to oblige these elderly with one. It’s a shame anyone’s love one would have to go through this I wish I could give them a double zero rating but one is all that’s available. And please do not respond back with the mediocre statement of “ please contact us we take these things seriously and would like to talk further to get to the bottom of this” it’s obvious your staff doesn’t care and the administrator doesn’t care either otherwise you’re staff would not be comfortable even giving someone something like this for dinner. A halfway cook frozen pot pie and six fried okra.? Has your dietary manager ever heard of a #8 scooper? Or cooking properly or even proper nutrition value in meals?? No worries I will let state know immediately about this neglect and malnutrition and dignity issue!!
