THE CENTER AT GRANDE

Thank you everyone at the Center at Grande for a very positive experience in care, compassion, communication, and service from admissions, transportation, case management, meals, maintenance, housekeeping to activities and programs. The CNA and RN staff were excellent. Special thanks to everyone on the second floor who took care of me. The Physical Therapy team members are superb in knowledge and training. I would recommend the Center at Grande to anyone in need of a skilled nursing facility for post-surgery rehab. The coffee bars, free snacks, and soup of the day added to a perfect ambience for healing and restoration.

I just recently completed my second stay at The Center At Grande for rehabilitation. My first stay was in February of 2019 when I had ankle replacement and the entire staff there were very accommodating. The staff in the rehabilitation center are outstanding!!!!! That is why I chose to return in January of 2020 for another round of rehab because I had a total hip replacement. The staff was even more accommodating this time and the food was also a big improvement from my first trip. However, once again, I was there because they have such an outstanding rehabilitation staff. Most of the faces and names I remember from the year before and have to especially give a special thank you and kudos to Sara and Scott they were both my therapist and quickly had me on the road to recovery. I would absolutely recommend this facility for their excellent services from my room, meals and most definitely the rehabilitation center.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My Mom was here to recover from a stay at the hospital, because of heart complications and developing Hypercapnia. After 4 days I brought her home. They only gave her meds to her at random and not even all of them. At one point they lost one of her meds! One of the staff members informed us of theft there and advised us not to bring too many personal items! My Mom needed help to shower. But when they finally came to help her, the lady cleaned the bathroom while my Mom sat in the shower. She didn’t assist my Mom at all! I talked to someone who said they were in charge about it all, and she said she would take care of it and have my Mom’s case manager talk to us. That never happened and that lady never took care of anything!
