I have had several occasions to use Parkview Manor over the past years. First, my father was there twice and received excellent care both times. A year ago I was there for rehabilitation following surgery for a broken femur. The care I received from both the nursing staff and therapy department was fantastic. After 20 days I walked out, with use of a walker, and returned home. My husband has been there 3 times in the past for rehabilitation from various surgeries. His therapy and care were excellent each time and he was able to discharge home in shorter periods of time than we expected! He is there once again recovering from a heart attack. And, as usual and as we knew would happen his care and treatment have been exemplary.

I have nothing but good to say about Parkview Manor! I have had my mother here for a few years and the compassion, sensitivity and understanding of our situation has been indescribable and life-saving! Parkview Manor has become my mother’s place to call home and I am forever grateful! I can rest assured when I go to sleep at night that my mom is loved and well-cared for, and that is priceless!! Thank you Parkview Manor staff for loving my mom like I do!

Parkview Manor calls the wrongful death of my wife when she was put in there on a bogus medical power of attorney from her daughter. My wife caught covid-19 and pneumonia and was isolated in a room for 12 days until she became unconscious. She was sent home to a major hospital and Victoria, Texas, and I, her husband was always medical power attorney. My wife passed away 2 weeks after she left that horrible concentration camp. I have files complaints against this nursing home for 3 and 1/2 years. Do your research and you'll find five to seven pages of negative reviews from the department of health and human services, ewish News and world report, adult protective services, etc. Do not bring your relative or loved one here. I have tried three times to visit the nursing home, and they refused to let me come see the interview room that my wife was in. I asked for the physicians medical records three times, and they refused to give them to me, or did not even answer me. I filed a complaint with the department of health and human services that they refused to give me the physician's records who attended to my wife, and as the husband and executor to my wife who passed away, they must follow HIPAA law and give me the records.. but they did send them to Accentra, because of the grievance I filed against them. Two different medical doctors viewed my wife's doctor's reports, and stated in many cases they did not do the right thing concerning my wife. They did not care for my wife in The correct way. There are many mistakes made by The physician. And I have copies of Accentra's reports signed by individual doctors for Accentra. Do not send your family members here at all. And check on their ratings. They are rated a one by centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Which is a special focus. Look at the reviews on the people that work there, and all the problems that this nursing home has. Has. I have five pages of negative reviews from different agencies who have evaluated this nursing home up through 2024. And they have been fined over $200,000 by centers for Medicare and Medicaid
