DOGWOOD TRAILS MANOR

My brother has been at Dogwood for over 6 months now. All i can say is good about the place. I visit my brother 2-3 times a week and the care has been excellent. The nurses are excellent and caring and his room clean and sterile. I'm very happy with the care and compassion there.

My mom was a resident at Dogwood Trails Manor for almost 5 years. She had dementia. The entire staff was awesome with Mom. The administrative staff were courteous, the facility was always clean, the social calendar was always creative. The nursing staff from CNA's, LVN's and RN's were knowledgeable about Mom and I truly believed they loved her. She felt loved. When Mom was in hospital her nurses all commented that who ever had been taking care of Mom had done an awesome job. Highly recommend this facility.

There is never a good time to be faced with decision to place a parent in a nursing home, but hello 2020 and all the rules & regulations that came with Covid. Kayla Walker guided us through the admission process and Rhonda McClelland took every call we made during my mother's stay at Dogwood. Thankfully, my Mother successfully rehabbed to home. My Mom talks about what a positive experience she and the quality of the care she received at Dogwood Trails. We would not hesitate to use their services again.
