The staff here at Woodway Nursing And Rehabilitation are noticeably attentive and compassionate, and always going the extra mile to ensure my Mother feels comfortable and cared for. The communication between residents family’s to staff is great, as well as the communication between workers. Here they are a team and it feels great knowing this first hand. My Mother has been to multiple facilities in the area and this is by far the best. This facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the facility. Also here they have a variety of engaging activities throughout the day. We most definitely appreciate the delicious and nutritious meals that are catered to meet individual dietary needs, and the open communication with the care team regarding our family member's health and well-being. It’s heart warming to see staff also helping and feeding others during meals in the cafeteria. Consistency is hard and the staff here make it look easy. They really care. Highly recommended from first hand experience. Definitey night and day difference from the previous regent care.

Made the rounds today and got to see 2 cousins. The physical therapist working with the cousin who had knee surgery was awesome. Didn’t catch her name but she sure was doing a great job!!!!

I spend time with the residents. They are always happy, clean and in good moods I believe nursing has strong and caring leadership. Housekeeping staff is good, especially the gentleman who is always making sure the dining room is clean The administrator is always inviting and has time to greet, and listen, and so is the receptionist. The tenovations are under way and will look incredible
